What we're looking for

McDonald’s Franchisees are purpose-driven leaders who, with the support of a global brand and a proven operating system, build resilient businesses, 
 meaningful careers, and real impact in the communities they call home.

What you’ll bring to the opportunity:

  • Experience in financial and business management (e.g., budgeting, 
 profit and loss)
  • Proven leadership in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to create and execute business plans
  • Experience hiring, training, and managing teams 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Engagement with community organizations is a plus   
  • The financial resources needed to successfully complete training and then acquire and operate an existing restaurant; while each situation is unique, we typically require at least $750,000 (net) in non-borrowed, unencumbered personal funds (we do not allow partnerships or investors) 
  • Ability to relocate
