My Arch Card is lost, stolen or damaged. What should I do?

Uh-oh. Lose your Arch Card? Not to worry—we’ve got you covered. Just be sure to keep your activation and reload receipts; you will need them to replace a lost or stolen card.

For damaged cards, call (800) 244-6227 immediately to cancel and replace your card. For lost or stolen cards, call (800) 244-6227 immediately to cancel your card. Then complete and send in the Lost/Stolen Arch Card® Form (PDF 63 KB) along with your original activation receipt.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of replacement Arch Cards.
