McDonald's continues its longstanding commitment to shining a light on Historically Black Colleges and Universities through its partnerships with the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA), McDonald’s Magic City Classic, The Thurgood Marshall College Fund, and more.

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund awards up to half a million dollars in HBCU scholarships. Although 2021 applications are closed, you or your HBCU student(s) could score big next year. Congrats to our applicants and recipients!

CIAA is the oldest collegiate athletic conference and represents 40,000 college students. This partnership provides McDonald’s with an opportunity to connect with African-American youth and highlight our commitment to elevating HBCU students through our Black & Positively Golden® movement.
