Where’s my reward?

If you tried to use a reward but the transaction didn't go through within the 15 minute countdown, don't worry. Your reward is still available in the app.

  1. Make sure you're using the latest McDonald’s® App (version 3.0.0 or newer).
  2. Go to your Deals page, scroll down, and find your unused reward.
  3. Redeem on your next visit without using any points.

If you missed a reward from your recent transaction, it can take up to 30 minutes to show up. Your reward will be there soon!

Where are my points?

Track your points history by clicking on your points balance in the top right corner of your Deals page. Don't worry if the points from your recent transaction haven't shown up yet; it can take up to 30 minutes for this to update.
