The ordering process is very similar, but there are some important differences on the website:
Yes! If you log in with your MyMacca’s account, you can earn points on your orders. You cannot earn points if you check out as a guest.
You can still redeem your points through the MyMacca’s App or in-store.
Simply visit the Macca’s website, choose your food and beverage, select how you’d like to receive your order e.g. Drive Thru, front counter takeaway, or delivery, and pay online. You’ll receive an order confirmation with the details you need to collect or receive your order. The experience is designed to be simple and user friendly.
No account is needed! You can check out as a guest. You’ll just need to provide a few details (like your name and email) so we can send your order confirmation and contact you if needed.

At the Drive Thru, simply provide your order code to our crew. You can find it in your email confirmation.
No problem! Check your email for your confirmation message with the code. Our team can also help locate your order if needed.
Your order will start being prepared shortly after it’s placed and paid for on the website. Please make sure you’re ready to collect it as soon as you submit your order. When you arrive, head to the collection area to pick it up.
Your order is prepared as soon as it’s placed and paid for, so we recommend arriving on time for the best experience.
If something isn’t right (e.g. missing or incorrect item), please speak to our team in-store or contact us using the details in your confirmation email.
If you have not completed payment, you can abandon your order or edit your bag to change the items included.

If you already placed a website order for front-counter or drive thru collection, it cannot be changed or cancelled. So please head to the restaurant promptly for collection.
Cancellations can affect whether points are earned or reversed, and redeemed rewards may be restored in some cases, please see our terms and conditions for more details.
Please ensure you are using the correct email address linked to your MyMacca’s account. You will receive an email with a link to sign in, if you did not receive check that it has not landed in your junk email folder.
Yes, if you already have the MyMacca’s app, you can log a missed visit through the app. Simply go to the ‘More’ section on the app.

Not just yet, advance ordering isn’t available on the Macca’s website. Once your order is placed and paid for, it’s sent to the restaurant and starts being prepared shortly after.
Yes you can. Please navigate to the Account section by selecting the profile icon in the top right corner. Go to “Settings” and you can select “Delete account”. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all of your account information from our database. Any loyalty points from the MyMacca's Rewards program will be forfeited.
